Terms and Conditions of The Creative Edge Workshop

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating in The Creative Edge Workshop (“the Workshop”) provided by Jazzedge, Inc. (“Jazzedge,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms govern your participation in the Workshop and constitute a legal agreement between you and Jazzedge. By registering for or attending the Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Workshop.

Workshop Description and Eligibility

The Creative Edge Workshop is a hands-on, piano-based program designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and growth for individuals and teams. The Workshop is open to participants who are at least 18 years old or who are participating under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Refund Policy

Fees for The Creative Edge Workshop are non-refundable except in the event of workshop cancellation by Jazzedge. If you are unable to attend the Workshop, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the Workshop date.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided during The Creative Edge Workshop, including but not limited to handouts, videos, graphics, and presentations, are the property of Jazzedge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Workshop materials without prior written permission from Jazzedge.

Privacy and Data Collection

By participating in the Workshop, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes using your information for Workshop communication and feedback purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Workshop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Jazzedge does not warrant that the Workshop will meet your expectations or objectives. Participation in the Workshop is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jazzedge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Workshop. In no event shall Jazzedge’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the Workshop.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Workshop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Rhode Island.

Modification of Terms

Jazzedge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on The Creative Edge Workshop website or by direct notification to participants. Your continued participation in the Workshop after the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jazzedge regarding The Creative Edge Workshop and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
